Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA)
CMAA is also known as Unity Secretary, or Office Manager to keep a healthcare office running smoothly. Duties are greeting patients, scheduling, filing insurance claims, answering phones, etc. This 10 week hybrid course includes National certification-study guide, practice test and module.
