Courses

Elise Phlebotomy Training Center course requirements are as follows: Must be 18 years of age or older, high school diploma/GED, and driver's license/state ID. All courses and workshops are hybrid (online and in-person), or 100% in person. State and National certifications are offered. All allied health courses are required to take BLS (Basic Life Support-CPR) for employment, and receives same day certification at the school location.

Course: Phlebotomy-

A new career as phlebotomy technicians is one who collects blood from patients and prepares samples for testing. Most work in hospitals, clinics, travel, etc. Phlebotomy technicians are valuable members of the healthcare field.

10-week course

Sticks certification

Course: EKG-

EKG technicians are specifically trained medical professionals who specialize in electrocardiogram (EKG) testing for patients. Trained specifically to operate devices, place leads on the heart that monitor readings, can identify any discrepancies, and record results.

Hybrid (lecture online, hands-on in person) or 100% in person
Sticks Certification
State and National Certification Testing Offered (2 Certifications w/ study guide, modules, and practice test)

Course: Certified Medical Assistant Program-

Medical Assistants complete administrative and clinical tasks and work alongside physicians and nurses. Their duties vary by location, and size of practice. MA prepare blood samples, give injections or medications, help physicians with examinations, take vitals, etc.

Course: Certified Medical Administrative Assistant Program:

This Medical Administrator is also known as Unity Secretary, or Office Assistant. This position manages daily activities by overseeing office staff, and patient records, maintaining financial records, collaborating with doctors and nurses, etc.
