Ekg technicians are specifically trained medical professionals who specialize in electrocardiogram (EKG) testing for patients. Trained specifically to operate devices, place leads on the heart that monitor readings, can identify any discrepancies, and record results. This 20-week course includes, State and National certification (allows you to work anywhere in all 50 states), hands-on training, National study guides, and course book. Starting salary $33,768. Hourly wage $15.00. Financial options are available. Prices are subject to change.
