Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment team is working very hard to make sure the order for your success will be fulfilled immediately. Therefore, we cannot change, make price adjustments, or cancel an order once it has been submitted.

When you purchase something from Elise Phlebotomy Training Center online store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your information will not be shared, and kept confidential.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

• If the student is unable to start class, with proof that is validated by the school, a refund of 50% can be requested but no less than 4 weeks from the program start date. If the student has not requested a refund prior to 4 weeks from the course start date, refunds are not applicable. The refund request must be in writing and sent to: info@elisephlebotomytrainingcenter.com
• Once lessons have begun payment is non-refundable.  Elise Phlebotomy Training Center  does not, under any circumstance, give cash refunds to students who do not or cannot finish the program for which they have registered.
• It is the student's responsibility to comply with the established schedule.
• A complete no-show results in the loss of class.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
